Dumbfounded indignation
As someone with two "invisible" disabilities, when I saw this link in another friend's LJ, I felt I should post it to mine as well:

I hope United takes a little more care about its hiring practices in the future.
Edit: I live in Houston, Continental Airlines' hub city. Continental just merged with United. They're going to keep the United name, and their hub will move to Chicago, United's hub city. Many, many commenters to the online version of the Houston Chronicle (myself included) have expressed their disgust at this turn of events. Many have said they'll stop flying Continental/United and choose another carrier instead.
