Neurologist visit

Saw Dr. Gaffney yesterday.  This time he actually appeared interested in listening to what I have to say, which is a welcome change from the last couple of visits.  I think I've finally convinced him that the Trileptal is just as bad for me as the Tegretol was, so now he's going to try to wean me off of it (yay!).  Apparently the Lyrica I'm taking for the fibromyalgia also has antiseizure properties, so he wants  me to taper off the Trileptal while increasing the Lyrica, and we'll see how that goes.  The Maternal Unit, typically, insisted on trying to rain on my parade, but this too shall pass.
